On receipt of a Partnership, Support or Expo Hall request (the Request) Management Solutions (Qld) Pty Ltd will confirm the availability of the chosen package in writing and issue a tax invoice for a non-refundable 50% of the Request total, payable within 15 business days of the issuance of the tax invoice.

The Request is ONLY confirmed by Management Solutions (Qld) Pty Ltd on receipt of the 50% deposit payment. Upon receipt of the deposit the organisation’s logo will be placed on the Conference website. The balance payable (50%) by the organisation must be received no later than Friday 29 September 2023. Payment not received by this date will result in the cancellation of the Request and the Request deposit being forfeited. The forfeited package will then be offered to other interested parties. Applications to withdraw from the Requested package must be in writing to Management Solutions (Qld) Pty Ltd. Applications to withdraw a Request received after 29 September 2023 will not be eligible for a refund.
